Delete your Operaite account

You can delete your Operaite account and all associated data at any time, directly inside the app. If you can’t access the app, email privacy@operaite.net from the address on your account and we will delete it for you within five business days.

What gets deleted

When you delete your account, the following is removed:

• Your subscription — any active or trialing Stripe subscription is cancelled immediately. You will not be billed again.
• Your login — the Supabase auth user record (email, hashed password, OAuth identifiers).
• Your business data — business profile, customers, jobs and appointments, invoices and line items, proposals and quotes, recurring invoices, accounting entries, QuickBooks Online connection and category mappings, team members, booking requests, and any photos attached to jobs.
• Connected integrations — the OAuth tokens stored for QuickBooks Online are revoked at Intuit when you click Disconnect; full deletion also removes the stored token row.

This is a hard delete — we do not retain a hidden copy. Anonymized usage analytics gathered by Vercel may persist in aggregate form but are not tied to your identifiers after deletion. Database backups roll off within 90 days.

How to delete in the app

1. Open Operaite (web at operaite.net or the Android app).
2. Sign in.
3. Open Business profile from the sidebar (or topbar on mobile).
4. Scroll to the Delete account card at the bottom.
5. Type the word DELETE in the confirmation field.
6. Click Delete my account. Your subscription is cancelled, your data is removed, and you are signed out.

If you can’t access the app

Lost your password and can’t reset it, or already cancelled your subscription before deleting? Email privacy@operaite.net from the email address on your Operaite account with the subject Account deletion request. We confirm within one business day and delete within five.

Data retention summary

• Live data: deleted immediately on request.
• Database backups: rolled off within 90 days.
• Stripe customer record: subject to Stripe’s retention policy — we cancel the subscription and stop billing; Stripe retains the customer record for its own legal and accounting requirements.
• Anonymized aggregate analytics (Vercel): may persist but contain no personal identifiers.
