Do I need a credit card to start the free trial?
Yes — we ask for your card upfront so your trial converts seamlessly into a paid subscription. You won't be charged anything for 7 days, and you can cancel from your account at any time before then to avoid the $29 charge.
What happens after my 7-day trial ends?
If you don't cancel before day 7, your card is charged $29 and your subscription continues month-to-month. We don't lock you in — you can cancel anytime, even after the trial, and you'll keep access until the end of the current billing period.
Which AI does Operaite use?
We use Anthropic's Claude — the same models used by leading AI products. You get access to high-quality, business-aware AI for invoices, review responses, marketing audits, social posts, and more, all included in the $29/mo plan with no per-request charges.
Is my business data safe?
Yes. All data is transmitted over SSL, stored securely via Supabase, and payments are handled by Stripe — meaning we never see or store your card details. We don't sell your data, and your business information is only used to power your tools.
Can I use Operaite for more than one business?
Currently, each subscription is tied to one business profile. If you operate multiple businesses, you can update your profile when switching contexts, or contact us about multi-business support — it's on the roadmap.
Who owns the content I generate?
You do. Every invoice, post, reply, and proposal you generate belongs to you and your business. Operaite is just the tool — the output is yours to use however you'd like, with no licensing strings attached.
Do I need to be technical to use it?

Sign in with your QuickBooks Online account (same login you use at qbo.intuit.com). If you have multiple QBO companies, pick the one you want Operaite to sync to.
Approve access when Intuit asks. Operaite only requests permission to read/write invoices, customers, and account categories — nothing else.
The popup closes and this card flips to Connected. You’ll then pick which QuickBooks income and expense accounts new transactions should land in (one-time setup — you can change them anytime).
From that point on, every invoice you save in Operaite auto-pushes to QuickBooks. Look for the green QBO ✓ badge in your invoice history to confirm it landed.
