2
See net profit
Dashboard shows income, expenses, and net profit for the current month — color-coded green for profitable.
3
Export at tax time

📱
Mobile-first
Add an expense from the gas station, the supply run, the lunch with a client. No spreadsheet to open.

What this is NOT.

Operaite Accounting is intentionally simple. If your business has these needs, you want something else.

🚫
Not a payroll system
No 1099/W2 generation, no payroll tax filing. Use Gusto, Rippling, or your accountant.
🚫
Not double-entry
No GL accounts, no debits/credits, no balance sheet. If your accountant requires double-entry, use QuickBooks.
🚫
No inventory
Doesn't track stock levels or COGS. Built for service businesses and freelancers, not retailers.
