What can I ask it?
Anything about your own business data: what's on my schedule this week, which invoices are overdue, how much did I invoice last month, what's my net profit, which booking requests are waiting. It also drafts payment reminders, confirmations, quote follow-ups, and review replies — ready to copy and paste.
Does it answer from my real data?
Yes. It reads your live Operaite workspace — schedule, invoices, bookkeeping, customers, booking requests — before answering. Ask who owes you money and it lists your actual unpaid invoices with amounts and days overdue. If there's no data, it says so instead of making something up.
Can it change or delete my data?
Only with your explicit approval. Lookups are read-only, and the two things it can create — a scheduled job or a draft invoice — always appear as a confirmation card first: nothing is saved until you tap Confirm. It can never edit, delete, send, or mark anything paid.
Is it an extra charge?
No — it's included in the standard $29/mo subscription. Jobber's AI Receptionist is a $99/mo add-on; Housecall Pro gates AI features to higher tiers. Operaite's assistant is part of the base price.
Can my team members use it?
Yes, if you enable it for their seat. It respects each member's feature permissions — a tech who can't see the Invoicing page can't read invoice data through the assistant either.
Is there a usage limit?
A generous daily fair-use limit (dozens of messages per day) keeps responses fast for everyone. Normal daily use won't come close to it.
