Is this like Calendly?
Different problem. Calendly is built for inbound bookings — share a link, let people pick a slot. Operaite Scheduling is for outbound jobs and appointments YOU book on behalf of customers.
Does it sync with Google Calendar?
Two-way sync isn't live yet — it's on the roadmap. Today the calendar lives inside Operaite.
Does it send confirmation emails?
Yes — branded confirmation emails with a designed header banner, the appointment details, and quick-send buttons for Gmail, Outlook, or any other mail client.
Can it handle recurring appointments?
Recurring is on the roadmap. For now, you'd add each occurrence individually.
Job vs. appointment — what's the difference?
Job = client work with billable scope. Appointment = anything else (consult, follow-up, vendor meeting).
Is this a free tool or paid?
Scheduling is part of the paid Operaite app ($29/mo, 7-day free trial). Unlimited bookings.
